Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your print or original painting then please email at, LMARTSEMPORIUM@GMAIL.COM, within 14 days of receiving your art.
The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. We advise you to opt for a tracked or signed for delivery service.
We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt, securely wrapped with your receipt.
After the picture has be received, we will issue you back a refund back to the same card used to pay. depending on your card provider the refound could take 2-3 days but in most cases it should be in the next or following working day.
Damaged goods
If your picture were damaged during the postal delivery then please email at, LMARTSEMPORIUM@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged area and receipt.
If the art work sent out is a print then we will send you out a new one of that print, But if it is an original then it will need to be sent back to us and we will issue a refund for the original artwork and for the delivery back to us.
